Sally Srok, President of Direct-to-Consumer for Francis Ford Coppola Winery
At Francis Ford Coppola, Sally's objectives are two-fold: create a meaningful brand experience that inspires loyalty in the customer, and develop a direct-to-consumer business that stands on its own. She joined Francis Ford Coppola Winery six years ago, having developed her passion for business and customer service during her career in fashion on 7th Avenue and retail in NYC. She also became a writer for parenting magazines and published her first book in 2010.
Direct-to-consumer businesses, such as tasting rooms, restaurants, ecommerce, wine clubs and the operations that support them, are intent on offering genuine, caring service to their guests. In 2015, the DTC footprint at Coppola Winery expanded to include a new tasting room and restaurant at Virginia Dare Winery.
