First-Time Freshmen

Entering Freshmen should attend a University orientation as soon after admission as possible. University Information for incoming freshmen is available here. Freshmen may also enroll in UNIV 102 Freshman Seminar during their first semester. In this seminar, a team of advisors (faculty, staff and peer mentors) works with the students to assist in the transition to college.

Pre-Business Students

Freshmen admitted into the Pre-Business program are encouraged to meet with our Academic Advisor during their first semester to ensure proper academic planning. Call the office at (707) 664-2377 to set up an appointment. To view a sample 4-year plan, click here.

Economics Majors

Economics majors should meet with their assigned faculty advisor early in their first semester. Advisors are assigned by the department chair, and are posted in Stevenson Hall, Room 2042B. Economics students with questions relating to G.E. requirements should meet with the Academic Advisor. Call the office at (707) 664-2377 to set up an appointment.
