> experience in the wine business to support our efforts in the US.

> The successful candidate will be directly responsible for:

> Building our brands as well as the administration of our=20

> advertisement campaigns and overall localized planning strategy

> Working closely together with our marketing department in South=20

> Africa and Europe and liaison with our US PR agency supporting=20

> development projects

> Planning and strategizing with our distributors, retailers & other=20

> business partners

> Develop merchandising campaigns / adapt international advertising=20

> campaigns

> Establish and be accountable for PR goals, budgets and all=20

> marketing programs

> Development of national and local marketing/ promotional programs=20

> i.e. sponsorships, cross merchandising and wine tastings in=20

> conjunction with international brand guidelines

> Qualifications:

> Minimum of 2-3 years experience in the wine or spirits industry,=20

> focus in the off trade

> Solid understanding of building a wine brand from both a marketing=20

> and sales perspective with distributors and retailers

> Strong wine and industry knowledge with understanding of global=20

> wine industry marketing concepts and tools - especially in the off=20

> trade

> Strong written and verbal communication skills

> Education: MBA or similar

> Extended wine knowledge recommended

> Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Advanced PowerPoint

> Strong interpersonal/rapport building skills

> Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects

> Ability to lift 40+ lbs
