Credit Analyst (Pleasanton, CA)
Duties and responsibilities: Successful candidates will
assist senior analysts with the collection and processing of data from various
sources in order to complete credit risk analytical projects. S/he will use the
quantitative theories learned in school to design and conduct statistical
analysis on customers' risk performance, and present those findings to
management and staff.
Qualifications: BS / MS degree in Applied Mathematics,
Economics, Operations Research, or Statistics. Statistics candidates must have
some SAS skills / experience. Strong analytical and statistical skills;
knowledge of experimental / sampling design; and advanced statistical techniques
such as logistic regression, decision trees, and cluster analysis are a must.
Marketing Analyst (San Francisco)
Duties and responsibilities: Provides analytical support
for Customer Marketing programs. The Analyst will be responsible for performing
different types of analyses needed to evaluate the success of the Marketing
programs as well as market expansion opportunity. He/She will also work with
our marketing, finance and credit counterparts to develop sound marketing
strategies that will increase profitability of those programs.
Qualifications: BS / MS degree in Mathematics, Statistics,
Operations Research, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Econometrics or
related quantitative fields. 1‑2 years experience working in an analytic
or quantitative field, preferably in the bankcard industry. Strong problem
solving skills and attention to details.
Project Manager (San
Francisco)
Duties and Responsibilities: The successful candidate will
primarily be responsible for developing and implementing an unspecified number
of process improvement initiatives. Utilizing advanced analytical skills and
strong problem solving abilities, you will work side by side with your
marketing partners to audit and investigate current processes. You will ensure that
specifications match the requirements stipulated by the Marketing strategy, and
make recommendations for improvements. And, you will drive the implementation
of adopted improvements. Responsibilities include creating and enforcing
process controls for marketing functions; and proactively developing advanced
solutions that allow for better execution of more challenging marketing
strategies and initiatives. The incumbent will have the opportunity to work
with a number of departments including Marketing, Operations, Technology,
Legal, and Compliance.
Qualifications: Must have BS / MS Industrial Engineering;
strong written and oral communication skills, and be proficient using NIS Word
and Excel. Prefer someone with 3+ years of project management experience.
