Stag`s Leap Wine Cellars is a joint venture of Ste. Michelle Wine Estates and Antinori California in the Stags Leap District of the Napa Valley. Job Description:

Laboratory Technician Intern -  This person will work as a member of the lab team: learn and perform all harvest lab analysis, including basic wet chemistry and enzymatic analysis for juice, must and wine. Duties will also include record keeping and practicing safe work habits in all production areas. This position will offer hands-on experience with all aspects of lab analysis and opportunities to work independently as well as with a team.

 

 

Qualifications:

Laboratory Technician Intern - Knowledge of basic chemistry is required; working knowledge of wine chemistry, microbiology and Excel are helpful.  Candidate must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
