Development Internship
The Resource
Development Department of the United Way Sonoma-Mendocino-Lake is seeking
candidates for a volunteer (non-paid) internship for the 2008 Spring/Summer months. Students who are interested in
non-profit fundraising are encouraged to apply. The intern will assist assigned Resource Development staff
members in various activities including:
data entry, database projects, filing, mailings, assisting with donor
events, volunteer recruiting, event planning, key projects and other support
tasks. The internship will start
in May, June, or July and continue for a 6-12 weeks.
Qualifications:
If the intern plans to receive university
credit for their internship, he/she is responsible for enrollment and all
appropriate documentation.
