Job Description

Operations Associate

Within the Branch Operations area, the Operations Associate is responsible for opening accounts, maintaining accurate records, receiving incoming securities and payments from clients and Financial Advisors, along with duties assigned in compliance with regulations and firm procedure. Strong attention to detail is essential in reviewing reports for accuracy and completeness. Computer experience and basic data entry skills are also needed.

Good communication and teamwork skills are required in assisting Financial Advisors and support staff with questions regarding documentation and account information. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks are also critical to success in this position. The ability to work well under time pressures and meet deadlines is important in this role as the processing of new account documentation is time sensitive.
