Position:
Student
Trainee Loan Specialist Position, pay range is $14.91 – $20.66 per hour,
part-time averaging 20 hours a week and full-time during summer months and
school breaks. The position is
located in the community of Santa Rosa.
Duties:
Assist rural communities with
their financing needs for clinics, fire equipment, clean water, improved waste
treatment facilities, single family houses, apartment complexes, and rural
businesses. If you have any

Opportunity
to be placed non-competitively in a permanent position upon successful
completion of the program (graduation plus completion of 640 hours of work
experience prior to graduation).
Students are eligible for full federal benefits, including health
insurance.
Minimum
Qualifications:
$14.91
per hour: Associates degree or 60
semester units or 90-quarter units.
$16.68
per hour: 120 semester units or
180-quarter units.
$20.66
per hour: Completion of 1 year of
academic studies at the graduate level or
a BachelorŐs
Degree with superior academic achievement.
Conditions:
Applicants
must be age 18, enrolled and attend classes on a full time or half-time basis,
be in an undergraduate or graduate program, and maintain an acceptable academic
standing. We are looking for
students with a major in business administration especially with a
concentration in finance, accounting, management, and economics.
