Wine Business Strategy an Executive Residential Certificate

Executive leadership from established wine companies will attend in teams with the purpose of collaborating with wine business subject matter experts to formulate a comprehensive five year plan.
Led by Dr. Anisya Fritz, the program will be delivered in two parts, the first focusing on the separate components of the plan, and the second on the presentation, operationalization and implementation of the plan. The program is built on the lessons learned over three years of executive education at the Wine Business Institute and on the content generated from the first international conference of wine business faculty from 13 countries.
After the first 4 day session which will include presentations from industry leaders, teams will have the opportunity to return to their organizations, gather additional data and workshop the plan with faculty using distance learning. Two weeks later, they will return for a two day intensive where they will have the opportunity to discuss the plan with peers and fine tune the key elements with instructors.
During its debut year, the certificate will be restricted to
8 wineries, each allowed to bring up to 3 people. Teams attending must be comprised of Upper
Management or Executive tier employees of the company to qualify. Preferably a team will include 3 members from
any of the following roles: General Manager, CEO or owner, head of
accounting/finance, national or direct to consumer sales, and/or
