University Scholarship Program Application

To apply to the University Scholarship Program, please complete steps one and two below.

Deadline for submission is January 15, 2013.

STEP 1: Login to the Online Application Form, fill it out and submit.

STEP 2: AFTER COMPLETING STEP 1, download and print the application instructions detailing what other documentation is needed for a complete application.

We strongly encourage you to submit your application online. A limited number of paper applications will be available through the Scholarship Office, however, paper applications take longer to process.
