*Student must be a California resident currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in one of the 11 counties in the greater San Francisco Bay Area.
*Student must plan to be enrolled at least half-time at an accredited college or university in the Fall term.
*Student must possess a minimum 3.3 cumulative grade point average.
*Student must demonstrate unmet financial need for completing educational goals.
*Student must demonstrate community involvement or volunteer work with Asian and Pacific American populations.
