*Must be of Hispanic background (one parent must be fully Hispanic or both parents must be half Hispanic).
*Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident (with permanent resident card).
*Must have earned at least 15 undergraduate college credits in the U.S. or Puerto Rico with a minimum GPA of 2.7 on a 4.0 scale.
*Must be attending a U.S. accredited college full-time for the full academic year.
