*Must be a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident and a California resident.
*Must work at least 32 hours per week in a medically underserved area in California for at least two consecutive years.
*Must agree to practice as a registered nurse in direct patient care for at least two years in a medically underserved area in California.

*Repays up to $8,000.00 in educational debt incurred during baccalaureate degree nursing education.
