Manage Account
WolfBucks can be added to an account by either a student or a student's guest. Follow the instructions below to add WolfBucks:
- Students
- Students' Guest
- One Time Guest Setup (FOR PARENTS TO MAKE A PAYMENT ON A STUDENT ACCOUNT, THE STUDENT MUST FIRST PROVIDE THE PARENT WITH LOGIN INFORMATION.)

Log into the Peoplesoft Account from the Sonoma Online Login at: http://www.sonoma.edu/university/students.shtml |

Guest Payment Instructions
A Guest will have to log directly into the online payment system to make a payment. This can only be accomplished once the student has assigned the guest a PIN.

Enter the assigned PIN and password and click Login. |

Creating a Guest PIN:
A student must designate a PIN and password for the Guest to be able to access account information, view/print statements, and make payments. It will also ensure that billing notification emails are sent directly to the guest’s email address. After receiving a PIN and Password from their students Parents can login at: http://commerce.cashnet.com/sonomapay

Click on Add New in the Guest PIN box. |

Designate a PIN for the Guest. The PIN can be any combination of letters and/or numbers. |

Enter a valid email address for the parent. |

Create a Password and confirm the password. NOTE: The parent will be asked to change the password upon first login. |

Designate whether the parent should be allowed to log into the Guest Payment Site. |
