After Hours Advice

The SSU Student Health Center is open from 8 am to 5:30 pm Mondays & 8 am to 4:30 pm Tuesdays through Fridays (excluding campus holidays and closures-- call for summer hours). Contact or visit us during these regular operating hours whenever possible.

How to Get After Hours Medical Assistance:

  • Call 911 for all medical emergencies requiring immediate attention.
  • You may directly contact your personal physician, an urgent care clinic, hospital emergency room, or listed local source of after hours health care(pdf) when the Student Health Center is closed.
  • You are financially responsible for services received from off campus medical facilities. It is a good idea to be informed in advance of the details of medical insurance coverage that you may have.
