The Tai Chi class has meant so much to my well being; it's like when you get addicted to something good for your body such as excercise, is the way I feel about Tai Chi - when I miss a week I feel it physically and emotionally.  I really love the way I feel after class, I love it!

I have attended almost all of the on-going workshops, and have found something of benefit in each and every one. I'm very happy that we are able to attend on-going Tai Chi and dance classes. They have made a big difference in how I feel physically, mentally and emotionally. It's also been a great opportunity to meet people from all over campus.
