ADMISSIONS DECISION December 1st - May 1st |
Notification of admissions decisions begins on December 1st and continues on a rolling basis. In order to secure a space with the university, the Enrollment Reservation and Mandatory Orientation Deposit is due by May 1, 2013 (refer to your letter of admission for due date). |

Complete your reservation by purchasing Package 1 or 2 when you log onto your MySSU Online Services account. After purchase, finalize your Admissions acceptance through MySSU. If you cannot pay online, you can print this ERD form. Fax or mail to: NOTE: If you are an EOP applicant, call 707 664-2427 or email eop@sonoma.edu before submitting your deposit. Refund Information: If you change your mind about attending Sonoma State University, you must notify the University in writing in order to receive a refund. The Enrollment Reservation, Orientation, and Campus Housing Down Payment are 50% refundable if requested in writing by May 1, 2013; non-refundable thereafter. Email your refund request to Seawolf Service Center. |

TAKE PLACEMENT TEST(S) January 1st - May 4th |
We strongly encourage you to take your English Placement Test (EPT) and/or Entry Level Mathematics Test (ELM) as early as possible, but no later than the May 4th test date. This means you must sign up for the May test date by April 18, 2013. Results are due prior to attending New Student Orientation, unless you are exempt. SUBMIT MANDATORY IMMUNIZATION RECORDS April 1st- August 1st |
Send copies of official immunization records showing that you have received the required immunizations to the SSU Office of Admissions and Records ASAP. This is mandatory and must be completed no later than August 1, 2013 to avoid late compliance penalties. Read more now about the immunization requirements and how to satisfy them. Make sure you have received your required immunizations and have located the necessary records soon. Download this Immunization Form and attach the proper records to the completed form and mail to SSU Office of Admissions and Records as soon as possible. Students who do not comply on time to this Pre-Enrollment Requirement are subject to other late penalties and will have a Hold on their ability to register for future classes. |

PAY YOUR MANDATORY REGISTRATION CHARGES July 1st |
You must pay your mandatory registration charges by July 1, 2013. Even if schedule changes are planned, you must complete the registration process by paying the mandatory registration charges or an automatic disenrollment process will occur. Financial Aid Students: If you have applied for financial aid and have received an offer from our Financial Aid Office by July 1, 2013, in an amount sufficient to cover your semester mandatory registration charges, the payment of your mandatory registration charges will be deferred until your first disbursement for Fall 2013. You will NOT be disenrolled. If you file your FAFSA after June 1, 2013, you must front your Fall mandatory registration charges or your classes will be dropped in July. |

Your offer of admission is contingent upon you meeting the specific admissions requirements outlined on your admission letter. It is mandatory that your final high school transcript is received in the Office of Admissions by July 10, 2013. Failure to submit your final high school transcript with your graduation date will void your offer of admission. Request that all your Official Transcripts be mailed to: Sonoma State University |
