ADMISSIONS DECISION |
Notification of admissions decisions begins on December 1st and continues on a rolling basis. In order to secure a space with the university, the Enrollment Reservation Deposit is due by due date on your admission letter. |

APPLY FOR CAMPUS HOUSING BY PAYING HOUSING DOWN PAYMENT December 1st - Ongoing |
To apply for campus housing, purchase Package 3 via your MySSU Online Services account. Payment date establishes housing priority. SUBMIT FINANCIAL AID MATERIAL January 1st - March 2nd |
The application process is free. The first step in applying for financial aid is to complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online at FAFSA using SSU's federal school code of 001156. Read more @ Financial Aid |

SCHOLARSHIP MATERIAL DUE (For Academic Year 2013-2014) |
Scholarships range from $250 to $3,750 per year. Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or greater to apply for this program. Read more @ SSU Scholarship |

SUBMIT MANDATORY IMMUNIZATION RECORDS |
Send copies of official immunization records showing that you have received the required immunizations to the SSU Office of Admissions and Records ASAP. This is mandatory and must be completed no later than August 1, 2013 to avoid late compliance penalties. Read more now about the immunization requirements and how to satisfy them. Make sure you have received your required immunizations and have located the necessary records soon. Download this Immunization Form and attach the proper records to the completed form and mail to SSU Office of Admissions and Records as soon as possible. Students who do not comply on time to this Pre-Enrollment Requirement are subject to other late penalties and will have a Hold on their ability to register for future classes. |

PAY YOUR MANDATORY REGISTRATION CHARGES July 1st |
If you registered during Pass I, you must pay your mandatory registration charges by July 1, 2013. Even if schedule changes are planned, you must complete the registration process by paying the mandatory registration charges or an automatic disenrollment process will occur. Financial Aid Students: If you have applied for financial aid and have received an offer from our Financial Aid Office by July 1, 2013, in an amount sufficient to cover your semester mandatory registration charges, the payment of your mandatory registration charges will be deferred until your first disbursement for Fall 2013. You will NOT be disenrolled. If you file your FAFSA after June 1, 2013, you must front your Fall mandatory registration charges or your classes will be dropped in July. |
