Student Multicultural Center
The Multicultural Center, or MCC, is located on the first floor of the Student Union and is designed to foster a campus environment of mutual respect and appreciation, and to address the experience of underrepresented students including race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender expression and disability.
The Multicultural Center will provide forums for members of the SSU community
to advance their understanding of social justice issues and their multiple complexities. The MCC supports identity based student organizations and individual students by providing educational opportunities and resources, and additionally will build relationships with students in order to support their retention and graduation.
