Residential Dining Room
The Residential Dining Room will be a completely re-envisioned dining experience including multiple stations and a variety of seating options. It will serve as the main eating facility for members of the campus community who have a meal plan, and for other staff, faculty, and students to eat at on a pay-per-visit basis.
Stations
Chef's Demonstration Kitchen
Chef's will introduce an exciting instructional element into our Dining facilities by demonstrating how to create the featured food item of the day! With cameras overhead to zoom in on the action, Chef's will help students with the transition from eating at home to cooking for themselves on-campus!
Slice
Slice will feature pizza and pasta in the Residential dining section of the Student Center! Some of our favorites from the menu include the Chicago-Style pizza, Sun-Dried Tomato, Feta, Cucumber Orzo Salad, and the Homestyle 3-Cheese Macaroni & Cheese!
Flame
Flame will be one of two grill sections, featuring scrumptious burgers, with a wide variety of exciting new recipes to wow your taste buds!
Etcetera
Etcetera will feature 'everything else' in the Residential Dining section! Visit this area for yummy treats like espresso, Peach Cobbler, Oreo Mousse, and breakfast pasteries!
Garden
Garden is your one-stop-salad-shop! This mobile unit will feature local ingredients whenever possible, offering you an eco-friendly, healthy, and fresh meal option!
Sizzle
Sizzle is styled after a Mongolian BBQ, where you can create your own stir-fry with a selection of meats, veggies, and sauces!
Passport
Passport will feature cuisine from all over the world! Try the Latin-inspired Pollo Asado on a Wednesday, Channa Masala with some Naan from India on Thursday, and finish up your week with some Pad Thai Noodles with Peanut Sauce!
