SSU is a certified testing site for proctoring exams. Sonoma State Testing Services administers the following tests: BYU, CLEP, DANTES, EPT-ELM, GRE, LSAT, & various online program exams. To set up a test: Contact & requests a date/time with Lu Vega at 707-664-3437. Or email at: Luis.Vega@sonoma.edu. Our fee is $25 dollars. Office hours & testing schedule is from 8-430pm, M-F only.

EPT/ELM:
Examinees for the follwing EPT-ELM test meet at Darwin Lobby area, 1st floor. No parking permit is required during the weekend. See Location Link off the Main Menu for detail/location & map directions. (Campus Map)

The EPT/ELM tests are CSU system-wide exams that can be taken at any available CSU Campus near you. See ETS Bulletin or individual campus testing website for dates, times and registration details.
STAND-BYS
For the EPT-ELM exam at Sonoma, we do allow STAND-BYS to come to see if there will be any NO-SHOWs. There is NO Guarantee of being admitted. Place & times depends on test type. Reporting times: EPT & ELM Both 8am, EPT Only 8am, ELM Only 10am. Each test cost $18 dollars. Bring check or money order & payable to 'ETS.' NO Cash. Write your name on the Memo Line. EARLY START PROGRAM:
Jaime Myers is the contact person at SSU for any questions regarding the program. Refer to the Early Start Program webpage at http://www.sonoma.edu/admissions/esp.html . If they have more questions, email Jaime at jaime.myers@sonoma.edu.
PROCTORING:
For general PROCTORING of online or other type of tests such as BYU, Certifications, etc, set up a session request with Lu Vega at 707-664-3437. Normally, you just need to order/request the test, provide contact/mailing info. Once I get the test & instructions in hand, we set up a specific time/date. Our fee is $25 dollars.

A Confirmation Email will automaticlly be sent to you with details. PLEASE read it carefully & bring it to the test date/sesion as that will be your Admissions Ticket as well.

Please make sure you put the right mailing and correct email addresses as we use them to contact you. Check your SPAM folder if you do not recieve a reply within the day of registration -as some email providers filter university email addresses.
If you need to change, cancel a testing date/session or request a refund, please contact ETS.org directly regarding this.
Registration will close at 4:30pm of the noted dates. Any registrations beyond the closing date/time are invalid.
