Airfare will be paid by you when you purchase your airline tickets, in coordination with the class, as soon as we can arrange it. As of October 7, our chosen flight, American Airlines via Miami, costs $745 including taxes and fees. See email for details on flight to purchase. Several of us have purchased our tickets already (as of Oct 7).
Ecuador expenses (approx. $1260) will be paid in two installments, half by Friday, December 11th, and the rest by Monday, December 28th . These funds should be paid by cashier's check if possible, made out to Dorothy Freidel, so that there will be no delay in sending the funds to our colleague in Ecuador, Guillermo Valencia, who is making all arrangements for transport and lodging.Page last updated 10/7/09
