General Festival Information

Fees: There will be a fee of $5.00 per candidate for the Deutsch-Wettbewerb.  This fee covers participation in the morning competition and attendance at the afternoon Cabaret for the contest participant and one guest.  Other guests will be charged $3 at the door.  This fee is waived for teachers and for performers in the Cabaret.  Please make your checks payable to "Gemütlichkeit," the SSU German Club.

Registration for language contests: Any teacher whose students are interested in participating in the Deutsch-Wettbewerb should contact Michaela Grobbel (grobbel(at)sonoma.edu) or 707-664-2637) as soon as possible . The deadline for registration is Friday, March 21, 2008.

Cabaret Proposal Form: Please send your cabaret number proposal(s) latest by March 21 to Kari Whalen (whalenka(at)sonoma.edu), the representative of the SSU Student Language Clubs. The SSU French, German, and Spanish Language Clubs are organizing this event.

Please note that pictures will be taken throughout the day. If you do not want your picture to appear on the SSU website, please send us a request in writing. Thank you!
