SomerSize Dilema

Hi, I've been on somersize for about 6 wks. I have not seen much change in weight although prior to this attampt I've lost 63 pounds on my own in the past year and now I'm at a stand still on somersize. I've noticed that before I ate every 2-3 hours. I based my daily intake on 12-1500 calories/day 120-170 carbs/day 30-50g fat/day 12-2400mg sodium/day and 90+gms/protein/day. With somersize I eat fruit alone in the morning--wait--then eat either protein/fat meal or carbos meal with 3 hours in between spacing. Now, I've noticed my calories have gone up somewhat, carbs remain similar or up/down a bit but the fat is now up more than it should be, the sodium increased and the protein. so, I wonder--what somersize is all about. I am prediabetic and not thinking this is working. I will give it a few more weeks, as she stated it took her 2 months to see a change. Lets see what happens but I do miss eating "normal" I was happier then.
