Autobiographical
Sketch Lou is Director of the
California State University Center for Distributed
Learning located on the campus of Sonoma State
University. Lou brings eleven years of
experience in higher education and five years in
instructional software development to his job of
managing the CSU CDL's programs and staff. He is
responsible for the overall planning and
