How to Register in WebCT 

The following have already been registered in the course. Your user name and password are the same. You can change your password after you get into the course. Smith = nksmith If your name appears in the box above, "myWebCT" was created for you 8/27/01. Ignore the following directions.  Make a copy of the these directions so that you can follow them accurately: Directions to create "myWebCT" Click on "Create my WebCT" For your username, I recommend that you use your first initial followed immediately (no space) by your last name (e.g., Jane Doe = jdoe). Follow the directions on the page by filling in the appropriate information. Your mother's maiden name is a good suggestion for a password. Don't bother filling out the "Forget My WebCT ID window at the bottom; it doesn't work. Click on the Continue button. You will then be asked to login with the WebCT ID and password that you just created. Click on Add Course. Your "my WebCT" page will appear. Scroll down and click on "nursing" in the frame at the left. Then scroll down and click on "Nursing 312". Once you get to the WebCT home page for N312, bookmark the page so that you can go to it immediately. You'll be using it often! Click here to create "myWebCT". For WebCT HELP call... Your instructor--Professor Thomas Nolan--at: 707-664-2830. The Sonoma State University WebCT support line at: 707-664-2339. The line is usually answered by a real, live human being (Roxanna or Mariell) M-F, 1-4. At all other times, leave a message and they'll get back to you (explain that you're in my "N312 course" and they'll know what you're talking about).
