Learning Activities 06: Step 2 Discuss during the 2nd week of Part 06: 1. Return to the forum for Learning Activities for Part 6 in WebCT for Nurs 400A or Nurs 400B and select the postings on at least two of the critiques posted in Step One above to discuss. raise provocative questions. suggest alternatives. add your own informed insights. reflect critical thinking. In a discussion, there's a give-and-take of thinking that evolves during the exchange. Hence, for an online discussion to be productive, it's necessary for everyone to tune in several times throughout the week and contribute. Remember: you need to be "seen" in an online discussion to be "heard." Participation will be graded with respect to: Quality: Does your message reflect critical thinking? Does it have substance? Does it contribute in some way to the thinking of others? Frequency: Have you contributed to the discussion at least 3 or 4 times in addition to posting your own assignment(s)? Distribution: Are your messages distributed on various days throughout the week? (No "dump 'n' runs") 2.
