Individual Assignments (Graded):

1) 3 pages on: "Why Am I a Psychology Major? [What is (are) my passionate interest(s) in the field?] Include at least five references to books and article that have influenced you, using the APA reference style.

2) What foundational knowledge will you need to pursue your personal and professional goals in psychology? Conduct a library/on-line/campus resource search that locates at least nine(9) items (including at least 3 books, 3 articles, and 3 on-line sources) that help you develop an outline of the foundational knowledge you will need. Compile an annotated bibliography of the sources you find, including a detailed description of where the source is located and how you found it. (This is an individual written assignment, but groups can work collaboratively in locating appropriate resources.)

Group Assignments (CR/NC): Several short group writing assignments will be given in class.
