Reading , study, work, and research Assignments: A great deal of the documents which will be studied in this course will be gathered as we proceed to do field research on various community systems. These documents and relevant supporting material will be distributed week by week in class by means of your class folder and via email when practical. Most assignments after the planning phase of the course will be identified by your personal written research project plan and your research work team project plan. Both of these plans will be produced during the first six weeks of class. As guidance for the design and production of these research project work plans we recommend "The Complete Idiot's Guide to Project Management" This book is not required but is highly recommended. Class presentations and exercises regarding project planning will use this book as the reference text.
