2. The first conclusions to draw from this is that if the line joining the centers is vertical, then the x-coordinate of the point where the lines meet is the same as the common x-coordinat of the two centers, and if the line joining the centers is horizontal, then the y-coordinate of the point is the same as the common y-coordinate of the centers.
