All forms should be submitted the Veterans Affairs office. Submissions may be made by:
- Emailing your form(s) as an attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org;
- Delivering your form(s) to the Veterans Affairs office on the 3rd floor of the Student Center between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
