  • Intramural 7 on 7 Outdoor Soccer: sign-ups are due by September 3 at 5pm: Recreation Center
    League is open to Men, Women, and Co-Rec leagues. Tired of playing by yourself? Get some friends, enjoy the outdoors, and get together an Intramural soccer team. Teams are guaranteed 5 regular season games with the top teams making playoffs. Soccer is a great way to stay in shape and meet some new friends.

    League is open to Men, Women, and Co-Rec leagues. Grab some friends and get together an Intramural basketball team. Teams are guaranteed 5 regular season games with the top teams making playoffs. Take on the best players Sonoma State has to offer or just to get some exercise.
