Tuesday, September 6th

  • ASP Nooner Featuring Pretty Goes Postal @12noon; Darwin quad
    This rock/alternative group consists of many talented musicians playing instruments ranging from the drums to the violin. Originating from Fresno, this is their first time visiting Sonoma State's campus.
  • CSLIS Club Charter Mtg @12noon; SU MPR
    Do you want to start a new club/organization? Are you looking to recharter a club that used to be active at SSU? Is the current charter for your group about to expire? Make sure that your president and treasurer attends a club chartering meeting. This is a requirement to be officially recognized by SSU. You will get lots of information about the process, what the benefits are, and what you need to do. The deadline for Fall Chartering is Friday, September 23.

    Women interested in joining a National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) sorority should attend this information night hosted by the SSU Panhellenic Council. Attendees will be presented with information about the NPC sororities at SSU (Alpha Gamma Delta, Alpha Delta Pi, Alpha Xi Delta, Gamma Phi Beta, and Phi Sigma Sigma) and have an opportunity to meet a few of the women involved in these organizations. You will also receive information about the SSU Panhellenic Formal Recruitment process, which will take place September 8th-11th will be provided. Those in attendance will have an opportunity to have a question/answer session about recruitment/membership with active sorority members, and the opportunity to register for recruitment. No obligations are made by attending this info night.

Wednesday, September 7th

  • Drop in Immunization Clinic @8:30-11am; Student Health Center
    Here's your chance to get required immunizations such as measles (MMR) and/or Hepatitis B before you end up with a Hold on your ability to register for future classes. You can also get other immunizations that are recommended for college students like Meningococcal Vaccine, HPV vaccine, tetanus booster, etc. All vaccines are offered at the Student Health Center's wholesale acquisition costs. Immunization clinics are first come, first served on a staff and vaccine availability basis.
  • SSU Intramurals 7 v 7 Outdoor Soccer Sign-ups due today $70/team Play begins 9/11
    League is open to Men, Women, Fraternity, Sorority, Dorm, and Co-Rec leagues. Tired of playing with yourself? Get some friends, enjoy the outdoors, and get together an Intramural soccer team. Teams are guaranteed 5 regular season games with the top teams making playoffs. Soccer is a great way to stay in shape and meet some new friends.

    League is open to Men, Women, Fraternity, Sorority, Dorm, and Co-Rec leagues. Bump, Set, Spike! If you eat, sleep, and dream about acing your opponents, then Intramural Volleyball is the sport for you. We offer A and B leagues for those more competitive and those who just like to play. Get your tennis shoes ready and stretch those legs because you're going in!

    This marks the first day of the Panhellenic Recruitment weekend. Students must register in advance in order to participate. Registration officially ends at midnight on Wednesday, September 7 at midnight.

Friday, September 9th
