JOB DESCRIPTION
Under direct supervision of the Marketing Director this individual will provide administrative support to the Marketing Department and will assist in the development and coordination of marketing projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Responsible for all administrative marketing duties.
-Assist with execution of seasonal and recurring promotional campaigns, including point of sale materials, sales support, allocations and evaluation. Manage print production and custom collateral.
-Track & distribute project schedules: accolade summary docs, tech sheet production schedule, packaging status, wearable’s, PO List, etc.
-Perform website administration: update and maintain all brand websites: images, copy and accolade info, etc. Distribute web reports to key sales and marketing staff on a monthly basis.
-Interact with internal departments (i.e. Sales, Hospitality and IT) and outside agencies to ensure brand standards are communicated.
-Graphic file management of digital file libraries (two main locations and web). Resize, distribute, organize, update, convert format, etc.
-Assist with purchasing of all incentive items (wearables and accessories). Collaborate with Hospitality merchandise sold in tasting room.
-POS Fulfillment - 100% dedicated – create and maintain online fulfillment website.
-Prepare presentations for marketing meetings as needed – Power Point / Excel.
QUALIFICATIONS
-One to two years experience in advanced administrative work. BA or equivalent.
-Previous wine industry experience or equivalent education preferred. Excellent communication skills – verbal and written. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet), including proficiency with Photoshop & Illustrator.
-Website development experience, knowledge of databases, basic HTML desired. Knowledge of ecommerce solutions and direct marketing. Internet savvy.
-Able to manage projects with little or no supervision. Strong analytical, written, proofing and verbal communications skills required.
