Speed Diversity Dialogue
A multicultural awareness training protocol, engages participants in a series of three minute one-on-one dialogues with a partner. Participants use 10 prompts to engage in meaningful conversations around the Big 8 of Diversity: Culture, Race/Ethnicity, Gender, Sexual Orientation, Religion, Age, Disability, & Socio-Economic Status. Research shows SDD promotes multicultural excellence. More than 1,110 students at Sonoma State University and 100 professionals from different disciplines across the country have participated in Speed Diversity Dialogue.
