Online Information Workshops for Potential Teachers
Not sure if teaching is the career path for you? The Sonoma State School of Education is offering a series of online workshops designed to educate students and the wider community about the credential program. The sessions are held Tuesdays at 4 p.m. from Feb. 5-19.
Faculty and staff will walk workshop participants through the application process and discuss the program requirements. Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions during live, 60-90 minute online sessions.
Interested persons must sign up in advance to participate, but a link to the recording of each session will be posted on the School of Education website for those who were not able to participate.
The 4 p.m. workshops include:
Feb. 5 - "Education Specialist"
Feb. 12 - “Multiple Subject Program” for people interested in Elementary Education
Feb. 19 - “Single Subject Program” for people interested in Secondary Education
