End-of-Semester Poster Presentations for SYE students
The faculty involved in teaching SSCI 299, “How to Think Like a Social Scientist,” invite faculty and staff to come see culminating projects of students in this course. SSCI 299 is the classroom component of the School of Social Science's pilot Sophomore Year Experience project. In this class, sophomores and new transfer juniors work with faculty and peer facilitators to explore ways of knowing specific to the social sciences. The culminating project for this course requires students working in interdisciplinary teams to develop a research design and present it in a poster format.
For those interested in seeing the work created by these students, join one of the following days/times in Schulz 2022 (in the Library Teaching Center). Students from each section will be present and discuss their work.
