Seawolf Service Center Updates for Spring Semester

Change in Mileage Reimbursement Rate for 2014

The Chancellor’s Office has notified campuses of the following change to the mileage reimbursement rate for 2014:

Effective January 1, the maximum reimbursement rate for use of a personal vehicle on University business has been decreased to 56 cents per mile. This applies to trips occurring on or after January 1.

The SSU Travel Claim form and Seawolf Service Center website is updated to reflect this decrease.

Questions may be referred to the Seawolf Service Center, x4-2308.

ID Card Validation Stickers

Effective Spring 2014, the SSU ID card validation sticker will no longer be issued. This means students will no longer have to wait in line for the SSU ID card validation sticker at the Seawolf Service Center.

The SSU Student ID card will still need to be presented to campus department offices in order to utilize their services.
