Instructions for this form

  1. Please provide your contact information. Your SSU Seawolf email address should already be filled in below, but please provide an alternate email address, too.
  2. Select your major. If you are undeclared, please select the the undeclared option you are most interested in.
  3. Select the Freshman Learning Cohort you are most interested in. When you click one of the cohort buttons, the details for that cohort will be displayed in the right column. Review the details to ensure you have selected the correct cohort.
