Welcome to the Residential Student Association!
The Residential Student Association is the student government body for the Residential Community. We have been mainly a programming body for the community, but also have a say in the decision-making process and are the voice of the students to the administration. We strive to find out what students want in their community and advise Village Councils in regards to programming dealing with issues and their roles in working within their villages.
Run by an executive board comprised entirely of on-campus residents, the RSA of Sonoma State University is the voice of the Residential Community. As an organization, we host events for the residential students such as our annual Casino Night in December and Luau in May.
RSA meets weekly on Monday nights. At 7:00 p.m. in the Casentino Room, there is an open meeting for any and all residents to attend. We require at least one member from each Village Council to attend, and we welcome any and all others. We would like to be available to address any questions or concerns that residential students of SSU have.
The RSA executive board is dedicated to being accessible to all on-campus residents. We would like to provide you with fabulous programming and help with anything you need. Please feel free to contact any member of RSA and attend our weekly meetings, as we are always open to new and exciting ideas.
