Teachers Like to Play Too: What happens when teachers get a chance to play with new and interesting mathematical tasks alongside their peers? In this talk, we'll explore how mathematical play within a professional learning community can reignite mathematical curiosity for elementary and secondary teachers, introduce new pedagogical approaches, and connect in-service teachers research and CA state recommendations in math education. Open to all students, faculty, and community members.
