Dr. Kyuho Lee received Ph.D. in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech. In addition, his experience in top hotels such as the Noga Hilton (Geneva, Switzerland) and the Fontainebleau Miami has helped him integrate real hospitality operation management skills and experiences into academic hospitality theory. Furthermore, Dr. Lee taught a variety of hospitality management courses at Virginia Tech and Western Carolina University. He has also presented his research at prestigious academic conferences such as the Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management and published in top-tier academic journals such as Journal of Retailing and Cornell Hospitality Quarterly.

"Dr. Kyuho Lee is one of the few scholars who have gained recognition in a short period of time due to his outstanding teaching and research capabilities in hospitality and tourism management area. His quest for excellence is evident from articles and books he has published or are under publication. He is never satisfied until things are perfect and has proven to be one of the few hospitality professionals who have excelled in their areas of expertise, which ranges from hospitality management to business marketing. He serves all three professional areas of teaching, research and public service efficiently. I have always admired his willingness to undertake academic and professional responsibilities."
