Sustainable Landscape Certificate Program
This certificate program is designed with the working professional in mind and the non-professional who has a passion and strong interest in sustainability and landscaping. It is a 6-month program focused on developing the skills and resources necessar to enable sustainability-based decision making within a corporate, institutional, municipal, or individual site setting. Graduates of this program will be able to work with the owners, project managers, architects and contractors in a new construction, renovation or on-going maintenance setting. Graduates will facilitate the design and implementation of the many strategies covered in the program.

Legal/Court Interpreter Certificate Program
(Spanish/English)
This academic program is designed to develop the interpreting skills necessary for service as a Spanish/English interpreter in the courts and in state agencies. It is specifically designed to prepare participants to pass the State of California court interpreters’ certification exam.

Everyone is invited to attend a program orientation and information meeting (time TBA). At the conclusion of the orientation, a written entrance examination will be given for those who wish to move forward in the program.
Online Green Building Certificate Program
The Certificate Program is now available to students via the web. The online class sessions are a simultaneous webcast, broadcast at the same time as the in-classroom sessions, it is not a self-paced program . Online students will be able to view the instructor, presentations, in-classroom students and will be able to submit questions via a "chat" window. Both in-classroom and online students must be attend/view the Saturday classes as scheduled.
You will have an optimum learning experience if you have a fast internet connection, DSL or equivalent, and a computer that is less than 5 years old.
