English Department Film Club Presents "Blade Runner"

bladerunner.jpgThe English Department Film Club is showing Blade Runner, a 1982 film by director Ridley Scott, on Wednesday, April 13 at 6 p.m. in Schulz 2015B. Sakina Bryant is presenting the film, followed by a discussion and Q&A session. The event is free and open to the public. For more information, contact Michele at salvail@seawolf.sonoma.edu.

Blade Runner is Scott's follow-up to his hit movie Alien (1979), and is one of the most popular and influential science-fiction films of all time. The dense, puzzling, detailed plot of the film is backed by a mesmerizing, melancholy musical soundtrack from Greek composer Vangelis.
