Online Transfer Credit Reports Now Online

Student transfer credit reports are now available online. This allows SSU’s transfer students to view how their transfer credit is being applied towards degree requirements. Credit for transfer courses or for applicable exams is detailed in the report.

The report is fully applicable for all transfer students admitted for Fall 2004 and forward. Transfer students who were admitted prior to Fall 2004, will find their reports incomplete as the campus did not have the capability to post all transfer credit until this semester.

Students who would like to view their reports can do so using the following PeopleSoft navigation: Home > SA Self Service > Learner Services > Academics > View Transfer Credit Report.

Faculty and advisors are also able to view the report using the navigation: Home > SA Self Service > Learning Management > Advisement and calling up the “Transfer Credit Report” available in the Student Details choices. For further information, contact Leo Alvillar, leo.alvillar@sonoma.edu, CMS, Admissions and Advisement Functional Lead, 4-3350.
