RANDALL ROBINSON - An internationally respected foreign policy advocate, author, and founder of TransAfrica. WINTER SOLDIER - In February 1971, a public inquiry into war crimes committed by American forces in Vietnam was held in Detroit. A collective of filmmakers recorded the event, and produced an extraordinary documentary called "Winter Soldier." Filmmaker Lucy Massie Phenix tentatively scheduled to appear.
