A.C.E.
Located in Salazar 1060, the ACE service center provides academic advising for undeclared and EOP students.We also provide career advising, resources and student employment, internships, and community involvement programs.
Testing services is also located in ACE.
Admissions
The Academic Records Specialists in the Admissions Office, located on the 2nd floor of Salazar Hall, evaluate your application and guide you through the admissions procedures.Prospective Students visit the Outreach Office, located 1010 Salazar Hall, for tours and information.
Children's School & Child Care Center
The Children's School provides care, nurturing and education to children (ages one to five) of faculty, staff and attending SSU students.Counseling & Psychological Services
CAPS offers confidential counseling to students experiencing personal problems that interfere with their academic progress, career or well being.Brief therapy is offered through individual, couple, family or group modalities.
Disability Services for Students
Disability Services for Students assures people with disabilities equitable opportunities for higher education.DSS helps you solve problems, implement action plans, work with other departments, and insures that you receive the access you need.
International Services
Located in Salazar Hall 1071International Services assists in

MultiCultural Center
Located in Student Union,Records & Registration
The Office of Records & Registraion is located on the 2nd floor of Salazar Hall. Feel free to stop in anytime! The Records & Registration staff handles your files, transcripts, registration, grade information and graduation filing and clearance.Student Health Center
Fully accredited and staffed by physicians, nurses and nurse practitioners, the Health Center offers a wide range of primary care outpatient medical services, and in-house pharmacy, health education and special programs.Support & Preparation Services

This complaint procedure is for CSU students and student applicants who believe the CSU has violated one or more state laws. It does not encompass complaints already covered by another CSU complaint procedure (e.g., Dispute Resolution Board, student complaints alleging discrimination, harassment and retaliation, etc.). It also does not encompass complaints regarding CSU's compliance with academic program quality and accrediting standards; such complaints may be filed with the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC), the agency that accredits the CSU's.
All complaints must be filed in writing with the Vice President of SAEM within 30 working days of the alleged violation in accordance with CSU Executive Order 1063.
