Judicial Affairs

The Office of Judicial Affairs is located on the first floor of Salazar Hall, in room 1018F. To file a student discipline complaint, make a student discipline appointment, or find out more information about this process, please call (707) 664-4056.

OUR PURPOSE

The Office of Judicial Affairs investigates alleged violations of the CSU Student Code of Conduct (described in Student Rights and Responsibilities and the Student Planner), as outlined by the Board of Trustees' Executive Order 1043: Student Disciplinary Procedures for the California State University. OUR MISSION

Our mission is to ensure the fair administration of the student conduct process while supporting a safe and inclusive educational environment for all students. Through this process, our goal is to educate students about their rights and responsibilities as well as provide feedback about behaviors that affect both themselves and the campus community.
