Lecturing for Semester at Sea Enrichment Voyages

This semester break I have the great privilege of serving as a lecturer on the Dec-Jan Enrichment Voyage through the Panama Canal. I will be speaking on resource policy in Latin America, Ecotourism, and my research on Ecological Handprints. We start in the Bahamas and head on to Jamaica, Colombia, Panama (and through the canal), Ecuador, Peru, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Mexico and finally San Diego. I will join a group of lecturers from around the world, including some well known folks like Justice Sandra Day O'Connor and civil rights activist Julian Bond. My family and I are thrilled to cast off together for what will no doubt be an amazing experience. Maybe one day you'll join us?! Meanwhile, here are two pictures of our floating campus known as the MV Explorer..
