5. Express as a single log
log_{b}x - 2 log_{b}y + 3 log_{b}z

This is the reverse of the last problem. We use the same rules

- logb(xy) = logbx + logby
- logbxr = rlogbx
- logb(x/y) = logbx - logby

backwards.

First use the middle rule to turn all of the coefficients into exponents.

Then we use the first and third rules to get the final answer.
